Complaints Procedure

Unfortunately, if you are dissatisfied or unhappy with the service you receive and you believe you have a grievance, in the first instance please address the matter in writing to Tiffany Smith at the following address:

Murdock & Wasley, 10a, Old Cheltenham Road, Longlevens, Gloucester, GL2 0AW

Your grievance shall be thoroughly investigated, and a reply will be sent to you within 7 working days.

Upon receipt of the reply if you are still dissatisfied with the results of the investigation, your complaint shall be re-assessed by one of the Company Directors, either Luke Murdock or Matthew Wasley and a final written reply shall be sent to you within 7 working days.

If you remain dissatisfied with the conclusion, you can refer to the Property Ombudsmen at the following address: Milford House, 43- 45 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 2BP.
